This web site serves the National Safe Boating Council in it's endeavor to save lives through boating education.

Participation in the annual Boating Safety Sidekicks Contest:
Contest submissions and contact information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Submissions for contest entrants under 13 years of age must have prior parental consent. This is in compliance with the FTC's "Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule." All winners selected will be required to have a parent or guardian sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release, or else an alternate winner will be selected.
Online contest submissions provided with parental consent will require contact information to be provided. All contact information for this contest is intended for one-time use only. With the exception of the judged winners, all other entrants contact information will be discarded upon selection of the winners. The National Safe Boating Council staff and the staff of Within Reach Inc. are the only entities with access to any contact information.
