Eligibility:
This contest is open to residents of the United States, its territories, and Canada, except employees (and their immediate families) of the National Safe Boating Council (NSBC) and their subsidiaries, officers, directors, agency employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest. Contest subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary.

Entries:
By entering, the entrant represents and warrants that the entry is his or her original work and that it does not contain previously published and/or copyrighted material. All submissions, and any and all rights in submissions, become the property of the National Safe Boating Council. All submissions by entrants under 13 years of age must have prior parental consent. This is in compliance with the FTC's "Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule." No entries can be returned. Please do not submit duplicate entries! Organizations affiliated with the contest are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or corrupted entries or emails.
All winners selected will be required to have a parent or guardian sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release, or else an alternative winner will be selected. By accepting the prize, each winner grants the right to use his or her entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further notice or compensation.
